1. サービス概要

Service Overview

本サービス「Siorr Form」は、フォームエンドポイントを提供する SaaS です。お客様は本サービスを通じて、フォームの作成・管理・送信データの受信を行うことができます。本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、本サービスをご利用いただく際に適用されます。本サービスをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

"Siorr Form" is a form endpoint SaaS that allows you to create and manage forms and receive form submissions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. 禁止事項

Prohibited Uses

以下の行為を禁止します。

• スパムメール・迷惑メールの送信、または第三者に対するスパム行為を目的としたフォームの使用
• 違法なコンテンツ、誹謗中傷、差別的表現、またはわいせつなコンテンツの収集・配布
• 本サービスへの不正アクセス、スクレイピング、またはシステムへの過度な負荷をかける行為
• 本サービスの転売、再配布、またはサービスとして第三者に提供する行為
• 他のユーザーや第三者の個人情報の不正収集
• 当社または第三者の知的財産権を侵害する行為

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending spam or using forms to facilitate spam campaigns
• Collecting or distributing illegal content, defamatory material, discriminatory content, or obscene material
• Unauthorized access, scraping, or placing excessive load on the Service's infrastructure
• Reselling or redistributing the Service or offering it as a service to third parties
• Unlawfully collecting personal information of other users or third parties
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of Siorr or third parties

3. 料金・支払い

Billing and Payments

本サービスはプランに応じた料金が発生します。有料プランは月次または年次で自動更新されます。解約はいつでも可能ですが、当月分の料金は返金されません。ただし、サービスの重大な障害が当社の過失によるものである場合、個別に対応いたします。

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; however, fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable after use. In the event of significant service failures attributable to our negligence, we will address refunds on a case-by-case basis.

4. 免責事項

Disclaimer of Warranties

本サービスは「現状のまま（as-is）」で提供されます。当社はサービスの稼働率（アップタイム）について特定の保証を行いません。計画メンテナンスまたは予期しない障害により、サービスが一時的に利用できない場合があります。当社は、サービスの利用または利用不能に起因する間接的・付随的な損害について責任を負いません。

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We make no specific guarantees regarding uptime or availability. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected incidents may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

5. 規約の変更

Changes to These Terms

当社は本規約を随時変更する権利を留保します。重要な変更を行う場合は、変更の少なくとも14日前にメールまたはサービス内通知にてお知らせします。変更後も引き続き本サービスをご利用の場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or in-service notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. 準拠法・管轄

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する一切の紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

いつでも解約可能。解約後は次回更新日以降の請求は発生しません。当月分・当年分の料金は原則返金されません。当社の過失によるサービス障害が生じた場合は個別に対応します。
